Shipping and Delivery

A4I eShop currently offers shipping exclusively within the United States, including all continuous lower 48 states. Contact us for options to ship overseas. During checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options, associated costs, and estimated delivery timelines tailored to your specified shipping address. While we partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery, these estimates are not binding guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, carrier operational issues, customs processing (if applicable), or inaccuracies in the shipping information you provide.

You bear full responsibility for submitting a correct and deliverable shipping address. Should a package be returned to us due to an error in the address or failure to claim it, you may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address you provided, our responsibility for the shipment ends, and we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage thereafter. We recommend tracking your Order using the provided tracking number and contacting the carrier directly for delivery-related inquiries.

Upon delivery, customer must ensure that the person responsible for receiving the shipment carefully inspects the pallet/packages for both visual and/or concealed damage. If damage is suspected photos must be taken. Damaged or missing pieces must be noted on the delivery receipt prior to releasing the carrier. Receiving should sign off "subject to further inspection." Any customer claims of missing or damaged goods at delivery must be submitted to the seller within 5 business days with photos of the external and internal shipment damages.
