Ordering and Payments

How do I place and order?

Placing an order is simple! First, browse our selection of products and add your desired items to the cart. Once you're ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. Review your order and click 'Place Order' to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been processed for shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible. For custom truss or powder coated truss orders, additional restrictions may apply.

How do I apply a promo code?

To apply a promo code, simply enter the code in the 'Promo Code' field during checkout. Click 'Apply' to see the discount reflected in your order total. Please ensure the code is entered correctly and is still valid.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Absolutely! Your security is our top priority. Our eshop is built on Shopify, which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and payment information. You can shop with confidence knowing your data is safe.

Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping options?

We offer standard ground shipping for all orders. Due to the size and weight of our aluminium truss products, we work with specialized carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. For smaller accessories, we may use standard parcel services.

How much doest shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase. We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring your items are handled with care.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within US. For large or custom truss orders, additional time may be required. You will receive an estimated delivery date during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States. This means that all orders are delivered exclusively to addresses within the US. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time for eShop, so if you're located outside the US, you can contact us.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before the order is shipped. However, once the order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all parts included. Custom truss orders can’t be returned unless they’re damaged or faulty. If something arrives broken or doesn’t work, reach out to us right away, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund to keep you satisfied.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please begin by contacting our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Some items, such as oversized products like aluminium trusses, may require special shipping arrangements. Our team will evaluate your request and provide tailored instructions, including any necessary steps for handling larger items. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please reach out to our customer service team immediately, providing your order number and details about the error. Our team will collaborate with you to resolve the issue efficiently, whether that involves shipping the correct item or arranging a return for the incorrect one. We’ll supply clear instructions and cover any required shipping costs to ensure you receive what you ordered without inconvenience.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

You can check stock availability on the product page. If it’s in stock, you’ll see an "Add to Cart" button; if not, it’ll say "Out of Stock" or "Currently Unavailable."

Are the product images accurate?

We aim for accuracy in all product images. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen differences—check the product description for exact details.

Are your product authentic?

Yes, all products are 100% authentic, directly from production companies under Area Four Industries.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

All products include a manufacturer’s warranty—details are on the product page. Contact customer service to process a warranty claim.
