If damage is suspected photos must be taken. Damaged or missing pieces must be noted on the delivery receipt prior to releasing the carrier. Receiving should sign off "subject to further inspection." Any customer claims of missing or damaged goods at delivery must be submitted to the seller within 5 business days with photos of the external and internal shipment damages. 


6. Returns and Refunds
